Things to do near Christina Lake, British Columbia

Christina Lake, BC has some of the best family-friendly activities to enjoy. You'll love how close you are to the outdoors and the wonderful community of Christina Lake during your visit to the area. Our campground is also within an hour or two from a few great towns in BC, such as Osoyoos, Nelson, Trail, Rossland and Castlegar and a short 15 minute drive away from Grand Forks.

Christina Lake has an abundance of Biking options. There is a great kids pump park just down the road from the Campground plus many more challenging trails for adults. We are right off the Trans-Canada Trail and love welcoming bike packers and hikers in for the night. We host many campers using the campground as a home base for multiple day trips on the trail or as a stop along the way for amenities and camping on a through ride.
Christina Lake

Christina Lake Provincial Park is a 10 minute walk from the campground. Christina Lake is the "warmest tree-lined lake in BC" and excellent for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating and fishing. The shallow beach at the Provincial Park is especially suited for young families and small vessel launches (paddle/kayak). You can also fish for carp, bass, sculpin and whitefish. The public boat launch and marina is 7 1/2 km from the campground on the east side of the lake.

Head to Christina Lake Golf Club or Cascade Par 3 Golf Course for a fun day of playing golf on the green. See if you can score the lowest among your friends and family. After you can enjoy a great meal at either course.
Hiking Trails

Because our campground is surrounded by mountains, you'll have the chance to lose yourself in the outdoors within a minute's notice. Go hiking on the Frits Road Hiking and Biking Trails, Observation Mt, Miral Heights Trail, Deer Creek Falls Trail, Columbia and Western Rail Trail and Spooner Creek Trail or visit the Kootenay Columbia Viewpoint.
